Brain-Gymnastik
This little 5 minute workout, will reenergize your two brainhalfs, it will help you to focus more and to stay calm in this crazy times at home.
First sit comfortably and relaxed. Straighten your legs and put your right leg, over your left at the ankle. Stretch out your arms with your thumbs down. Cross your right hand over your left hand and clasp your fingers. Take your hands back close to your breast/heart. Take 3 deep breaths and when breathing out, release all your stress.
You can now release and put both your feet on the ground. With one finger close your left nostril and breath in through your right nostril – swap for breathing out, vice versa. In other words: Breath in through your right nostril – breath out through your left nostril viceversa.
Now go over to Tapping:
Tap always 7 times the following places on your body
- Inside of your Eyebrow
- Outer bones of your eyes
- In between your nose and upper lip
- In between your chin and your lower lip
- Cheeckbones under the middle of your eyes
- Collarbone, close to your throat
- Rips unter your armpits
- Fingernail of your pinkie finger
- Again your cheeckbones under the middle of your eyes
- Again your collarbone, close to your throat
- Ripcage at the side of your chest
- Fingernail of your middle finger
- Fingernail of your index finger
- Fingernail of your thumb
- On the back of your hand, between your pinkie finger and your fourth finger/ring finger/annulary, about 2cm below your hand ankle
